Dr Ferenc Vicko (Ministry of Health, Serbia)
Ferenc Vicko was elected Assistant at the Department of Surgery, Faculty of Medicine in Novi Sad in 1994, and since 2012 he is a docent in the Department of Surgery, Faculty of Medicine in Novi Sad. He defended his PhD thesis in the field of oncoplastic surgery in 2011, titled “Oncoplastic procedure in the treatment of breast cancer and its impact on the quality of life” at the Medical Faculty in Novi Sad. Since 1987 he is employed at the Institute of Oncology of Vojvodina, and since 2004 he is at the head of an operating unit. He performed the duty of the Acting Director at the Institute of Oncology in the second half of 2013. He continued the surgical training at university clinics in Serbia and abroad. His interest in reconstructive surgery of the breast started with ESO Advanced Course of Breast Cancer in Dusseldorf, Germany, in 2002. He continued his professional education at the St. Thomas Hospital in London, oncological centre Tenon in Paris, Rothschild Hospital for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, at the MD Anderson hospital in Texas in the United States, Madrid and in Budapest as well. He is a member of numerous professional, domestic and foreign organizations and associations. Since 2014 he's working as state secretary at Ministry of Health of Republic of Serbia

Prim. dr Dragan Bogdanić (Ministry of Health and Social Welfare, Rep. Srpska, B&H)
Dr Dragan Bogdanić is the Minister of Health and Social Welfare of the Republic of Srpska since September 2013. He began his career as a doctor in the health center in Teslic and in health and recreation center of Banja Vrućica (Bosnia and Herzegovina). In 2003 he became Assistant Director in charge of medical department and member of the Board of Directors of the spa, and in 2007 he became Chairman of the Board of Banja Vrucica (Vrućica Spa). In 2010 Dragan became the general director of the Health Center Vrućica Spa. Under his leadership, spa has been renovated and experienced continuous growth. Even today, Vrućica Spa is one of the most successful spas in Bosnia and Herzegovina with more than 200,000 overnight stays per year.

Dr. med Dimitrije E. Panfilov (Clinkic "Olimp", Serbia)
Dr. med. Dimitrije E. Panfilov, prof. lAAPS specialist in general and plastic surgery is licensed in Germany, Austria, Qatar and Serbia. Dr. Panfilov is a member of the Medical Association of North Rhine-Westphalia and he received authorization for training in plastic surgery and organization of operational courses with international participation. He is a member of all major Serbian and international professional associations. He is the founder of the Department of Plastic Surgery of the Vukovar hospital (Croatia), private clinic "Nefertiti" in Bonn (Germany) and the Hospital "Clinic Olymp" in Novi Sad (Serbia). He has published eight books in Serbian, Russian, German and Spanish, and made 21 film. His book "Aesthetic Surgery of the Facial Mosaic" was declared in the United States for the most competent textbook currently available in the world, a French colleagues call it "the new Bible for face lift". He is the founder GESAPS ( "Global Expert Service Aesthetic Plastic Surgery") and editor of its journal "Aesthetic News". Dimitrije is the President and the "visiting professor" at a IAAPS- (International Academy for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery), and also associated professor of the University of Vilnius (Lithuania). He is member of ISAPS (International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery) and is one of 83 non-American members of the ASAPS's (American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery). The fifth holder of the world's prestigious Susruta medals (Susruta - the first plastic surgeon in the history of ancient India - 600 years. P. N. E.), which was awarded to him by president od India Mrs. Pratibha Patil in 2004. Dimitrije is also member of the Serbian Academy of Sciences of innovation Nikola Tesla since he introduced 10 new operational methods in doctrine.

Aleksandar Seničić (National Association of Travel Agencies of Serbia)
Aleksandar Senicic is a hotelier by profession. His career in tourism began 1987 in a travel agency Yugotours London as a representative. Later he worked for 13 years at NIS JUGOPETROL company on leading positions in tourism department (travel agency Follow Me), followed by position of general manager of a number of travel agencies in Serbia (Odeon Travel Service, PANTOURS, Travel House, etc.). In the period from1995-2015 several times he was a member of the expert working groups that dealt with realization of various projects related to tourism and travel agencies. He became the director of the National Association of Travel Agencies of Serbia (YUTA) in 2012. Also, Aleksandar is a member of the National Council for Tourism of the Republic of Serbia, as well as a member of number of working groups and committees within the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications of the Republic of Serbia.

Željko Jović (Bel Medic, Serbia)
Željko Jovic, director of marketing and sales in Bel Medic, is for many years involved in the health sector in terms of organization and development of private medical institutions. Bel Medic is a private health care system in Serbia which exists for 21 year. Bel Medic system includes General Hospital, Health Clinic and Polyclinic which all provide medical services at primary and secondary levels of health care, with the latest diagnostic equipment. Bel Medic has over 200 members of the medical staff and a large number of physician consultants who are experts from university institutions in Serbia and the region. Željko, as a PhD student of the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in Belgrade, has so far taken part in several significant projects in health care management, and published several papers on this subject in national and international journals. Željko is currently engaged in reviewing potential for development of medical tourism in the Republic of Serbia and the creation of preconditions for Serbia to become a leader in this field in the region of Southeast Europe.

Ljubisa Zivadinovic (Afeja, Serbia)
Mr. Ljubisa Zivadinovic is the founder of company "Afeja" that provides business and legal consulting services in medical tourism. As a lawyer, Ljubisa dedicated much of his work to health care and development of medical tourism and medical services quality in Serbia. Ljubisa also founded Serbian medical tourism guide (, an online guide to health / medical tourism, which provides information on medical and tourist destinations in Serbia, tourism - medical programs and news, as well as information for travelers who intend to visit Serbia.

Stana Mladenovic (Independent Consultant in trade, tourism and medicine, Serbia)  
Stana Mladenovic is a lawyer, she has law graduate degree and she passed the BAR exam by education. She has 16 years of experience in the industry and 11 years in the practice of law. She is mostly engaged in commercial and labor law, and the law in the field of trade, tourism and medicine. She is a permanent consultant of twenty legal entities that are engaged in trade, tourism and medicine. In 2011 she was in the United States, as a representative of the company for health tourism Afeja Ltd. for which she, in cooperation with Cleveland State University (USA), conducted the Feasibility study of Health tourism of Serbia in the United States, which was attended by FON from Belgrade and prominent businessmen of Serbian Diaspora and the Serbian consul in Chicago. In 2012, she was in a visit to Moscow in order to prepare feasibility studies of health tourism of Serbia in Russia, which was attended by prominent businessmen from Serbia and Russia.

Dr Zoran Srzentic (Municipality of Bar, Montenegro)
Dr. Zoran Srzentic was born on January 11, 1954 in Bar. He finished Faculty of Medicine at the University of Belgrade, where he completed his specialization in surgery. After that, he finished a three-year clinical study of clinical and experimental surgery at the Medical Faculty in Kragujevac, specialized in the field of laparoscopic surgery at the Military Medical Academy in Belgrade, University Clinic "Bochum" in Germany, the clinic "La Bruce" in Paris and "Celt" University in Moscow. He became a doctor of Medical Sciences in 2009, with the dissertation "The expression of VEGF and the concentration of IL17 in colorectal cancers" at the Medical University of Kragujevac. He was the chief of surgery at the general hospital in Bar since 1999 and director of the General Hospital in Bar was from 2003 to 2012. He is currently president of the municipality of Bar (Montenegro).

Dr Marina Delić (Institute "Dr Simo Milošević", Montenegro)
Marina Delic, works at the Institute for physical medicine, rehabilitation and rheumatology "Dr Simo Milošević" in Igalo (Montenegro) since 1982. as a specialist in physical medicine and rehabilitation and sub-specialists for lung diseases. She did part of her professional training at the University Hospital in Oslo and at the Karolinska Hospital in Stockholm. Since 1998, she is Medical Director of the Institute in Igalo. Since 1986 she actively participated in the process of creation and setting up of the medical wellness programs at the Institute.
In addition, to her work at the Institute, Marina is Vice President of the Association of physiatrists of Montenegro since 2011. and chairman of the board of Montenegro health tourism cluster since 2015. She is also a lecturer at the Faculty of Applied Physiotherapy and Nursing Faculty "Kraljica Jelena" in Igalo (Montenegro).

Iztok Altbauer (Slovenian Spas Assosiation, Slovenia)
Iztok was appointed to the position to the manager at the Slovenian Spas Association after he spent most of his career in the tourism business. In his years of work in the Association,Iztok established strong connections to the Health, Spa and Wellness industry in the region of Central Europe, holding and running many presentations and events. One of the most important projects he is leading and running is “SPA-CE” - Workshop and Meeting place of Spa & Wellness in Central Europe, the only business event of its kind in Central Europe. The Slovenian Spas Association is from this year also the Founding Member of the Balkan Spa Institute, where Iztok took the role of developing the Balkan Spa Award. The Award will be presented for the first time during this year’s BalkanSpa Health & Wellness Summit, held in October in The Republika of Srpska. During his career as the Marketing and Sales Manager within the Slovenian Tourist Board he founded the Slovenian Incoming Workshop, still today recognized as the leading tourism Incoming event in the country.

Vladan Veskovic (Serbian Spas Assosiation, Serbia)
After 12 years in private business, Vladan is a General secretary of the Serbian Spas Association since 2006. Serbian Spas Association operates with 25 Spas (members) and their local municipalities, as well as colleges and universities in the field of medicine, hydrogeology, tourism, economics and marketing ( As a General secretary of the Serbian Spas Association, Vladan was the organizer of the four Serbian Spas Exchange, four Serbian Spa Congresses and 3rdBalkan Spa Summit. Vladan is a member of the National Tourism Council of Serbia, Working group for spa tourism development and Association for tourism at the Serbian Commerce & Economy Chamber. Reasonably believing that the spas of the Balkans can be attractive and unique tourism product, with colleagues from Bulgaria, Turkey, Croatia and Slovenia he started the organization of the Balkan Spa Summit in 2011. In February 2015, they established BalkanSpa Institute. Vladan is a member of BalkanSpa Institute Board of Founders and assume responsibility for the organization of the BalkanSpa Health & Wellness Summit.

Marko Jurakic (Vimal, Croatia)
Marko Jurakic is the president of the Association of Croatian Wellness (WUH). Even though his occupation is economics and in his very successful work life he has filled many important posts in the business world, all that time he has been educating himself in the field of wellness which resulted in founding the first wellness institution with verified programs in Croatia. From the very inclusion in the work of WUH, he has actively participated in organizing lectures on the importance of education in wellness, in Croatia as well as in foreign countries. All the time he has been dedicated to strengthening and growth of Croatian wellness, which can be seen in the founding of the first wellness centre in Komiza, on the island of Vis. Experiences acquired in publishing a healthy nutrition magazine "Vegenova" and a series of books on healthy dieting in edition of the publishing company Impress, where he was a longtime director, today are transferred to the institution attendants, but also to many investors and institution managers where he works as a consultant. As the principal of Vimal institution, aside from the existing branch-offices in Pregrada, Popovaca, Umag and Zadar, he seeks to open new education centres in more towns of Croatia, and abroad, as well. Marko is one of the founders of of the BalkanSpa Institute and board member in charge of education. He was organizer of the 4th BalkanSpa Health & Wellness Summit.

Nikola Jevtić (Scolio Centar, Serbia)
In 2011 Nikola specializes in Schroth three-dimensional methods for correcting scoliosis and kyphosis in Germany to "ASKLEPIOS, Katharina - Schroth Klinik". After returning from Germany, he started to apply professionally Schroth method of working with people with scoliosis problems in Serbia. As part of the research team in 2013 and 2014 he participated in the international IPA project entitled "Improving Estimates of postural status and the status of the Spine". As an external lecturer at the Faculty of Kinesiology in Split (Croatia), from January 2015, he began to conduct lectures on the subject of Kinesis therapy. In the same year he establishes "Scolio Centar" in Novi Sad (Serbia), where he implemented corrective exercises for the prevention and correction of deformities in children and adults, as well as treatments for prevention of injuries in athletes and recovery after injury. Since September 2015, Scolii Center begins cooperation with the Japanese clinic Tokuda Sofia (Bulgary), where Nikola with his team begins to implement a ten-day intensive treatment on the Schroth method for children with deformities of the spine (scoliosis, kyphosis, flat back). At the Asklepios Katharina Schroth Clinic in 2016, Nikola received the title of "Schroth regional instructor", entitling him to conduct Schroth trainings on ISST methods (International Schroth 3 D Scoliosis Therapy). He is the founder Schroth camp which is being organised since 2014 in Serbia and Bulgaria. So far, he organised 8 Schroth camps in these two countries.

Prim. dr Branislav Katancevic (Special Hospital for Neurological Diseases and Post-traumatic Conditions "Borivoje Gnjatic", Stari Slankamen)
Chief Physician Dr Branislav Katancevic is a specialist in a physical medicine and rehabilitation. He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Belgrade, where he also completed his residency in Physical Medicine. After nearly 15 years, in 1995 he opened a private practice in physiatry in Krusevac (Serbia) which was the recipient of many professional positive developments in the field of physical and sports medicine. In 2003 he became a Director of Special Hospital of Ribarska Spa (Serbia). In the same period he was also the President of the Association of Serbian rehabilitation centers as well as a member of the Health Council of the Republic of Serbia. He has won over 200 prestigious awards and the largest state awards for work in a health care as a physician, among which the most important are the remarkable results that have been achieved as a director of Ribarska Spa. Some of the awards are: White Angel, the highest award of the Republic of Serbia for Tourism (2006), the Award for the best spa resort of International Tourism Fair in Belgrade (2010 and 2012), the Champion of health tourism of Serbia (2010), Serbia's Brand Award in 2012, Award for Best Wellness Center in 2012, and the main prize at the International Tourism Fair in Belgrade in 2013. Also, he worked in the Tourist Organization of Belgrade as a head of a service for health tourism. Today, he is a deputy director of the Special Hospital for Neurological Diseases and Post-traumatic Conditions "Borivoje Gnjatic" in Stari Slankamen.

Dr. vet. med. Vlado Davkovski (Serbian agency for Accreditation of Health Care Institutions)
Head of Department for accreditation, quality improvement of health care facilities and project activities, an employee of the Agency since its founding in 2009. He participated in the development of standards for primary, secondary and tertiary levels of health care and their piloting. Participates in the preparation of institutions for accreditation through the process of self-assessment and external evaluation (over 100 medical institutions at all levels of health care). He is in charge of preparing and coordinating the process of accreditation of health facilities, regular monitoring, and maintenance of quality in health care institutions through regular and irregular visits. Continuously gives proposals to amend the existing standards and methodological instructions on the basis of analysis.

Dejan Pejčinović (Hotel Zira,Serbia)
Dejan has been in the hotel industry for past 25 years with extensive international experience. For the last ten years, he worked as general manager of several hotels in Belgrade (Hotel Crystal 4*, Hotel President 5*, Hotel Zira 4*). Since 2013 he is general manager of Hotel Zira 4*. Also, Dejan is vice-president of the business association of hoteliers and restaurateurs of Serbia (HORES) and the representative for the hospitality industry in the assembly of Belgrade Chamber of Commerce. His experience and knowledge is transferred to his associates and he continuously strives to improve the conditions for doing business and the business environment for hospitality industry. Dejan recognized the great potential of health tourism, not only for hospitality, but also for all branches of the economy, thus he advocates for more concrete elaboration and implementation of health tourism projects in Serbia. With a UK-based partner company, he has launched an initiative for part of the health tourism offer of Serbia, and indirectly hospitality as well as, to be presented for UK market. Also, within the hotel Zira, he established cooperation with several private clinics in form of providing specialized services based on specific requests of their patients, followed by hotels services and accommodation facilities in compliance with requirements of people with special needs and with accessibility for the people in a wheelchair.

Prim. dr Ivana Nikolić Pavlović (Niška Spa, Serbia)
Prim. Dr. Ivana Nikolic Pavlovic works at the Institute for treatment and rehabilitation of rheumatic and cardiovascular diseases "Niska Banja" in Niska Banja since 1995. She gained the title of Master of Medical Sciences in 2002 ('Comparative analysis of physiological and pathological forms of left ventricular mass"). She is the author or co-author of over 30 scientific and profesional papers presented at conferences and published in journals in the field of cardiology and internal medicine.

Mark Kincses (The Hungarian Tourist Board)
Mark Kincses is a tourism and marketing professional nowadays working as a market development manager of the Hungarian national tourism marketing organization. He is focused on Budapest, accompanied with regular travels to the east Adriatic Coast. He graduated from University of Veszprém (now University of Pannonia, Hungary) as BA in economics with honors in tourism and extended his tourism studies at the University of Derby in UK. He is a regular lecturer at various universities in Hungary and abroad as well as speaker at tourism and marketing conferences.

Minet Music (Balkan Medical Travel, Bosnia and Herzegovina)
Minet Music is a successful businessman with a clear vision of improving the health care and health tourism in the region, with full dedication to the cause. His idea has attracted great attention of health professionals, government institutions, media and foreign investors. He is the founder of "Balkan Medical Travel" which is co-organizer of the international conference "Balkan Health Forum". This conference is held twice a year in different capitals of the 10 countries in the region. Doc. dr sc. Miljenko Bura (Ministry of Health of Croatia)
Assistant Professor Miljenko Bura MD, PhD, graduated and finished his Ph.D at School of Medicine, University of Zagreb. As an invited speaker, Miljenko held lectures at more than 100 medical congresses and at international Conferences about medical tourism in Barcelona, London, Venice and Erdine as well. Miljenko is a member of European Head and Neck Society (member), American Association of Endocrine Surgeons (member), European Society of Endocrine Surgeon (represent of Croatia), American Academy of Otorhinolaryngology and H&N Surgery (consultant). For the past seven years dr Bura has been an initiator and promoter of development of health and medical tourism in Croatia. He was founder and president of Association for medical tourism development  in Croatia (2009-2013), founder  of  consultant company  Medical Group ltd, specialized for health tourism projects and founder  of  travel agency Medical Network  ltd , specialized for health tourism and founder of  web site In addition, he was the Conference director of  International Conference of  Medical Tourism and Travel Medicine in Croatia ( 2009-2011). Today, Dr Bura holds position of Deputy Minister of Health responsible for health tourism development in Croatia.
Robert Cugelj (University Institute for Rehabilitation - SOCA, Slovenia)
Robert Cugelj finished his University studies at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering through the thesis "Computer vision in robotic assembly." Immediately after graduation, he started to work in the economy sector in the field of design, optimization, management and construction of major energy facilities. In 2001, he started to work in health care, since he took over the duties of head of department of investments at the University Institute for Rehabilitation. Ihe same year, he entered a master degree in management workflows. In 2004, he graduated with the thesis "The centralization of processes, investments in health care with an emphasis on the purchasing process." In March 2004 he became director of the Institute for Rehabilitation. Development of the Institute, a lot of new ideas and market challenges were reasons that the work continues today. He is a member of the Expert Council of the Association of Paraplegics of Slovenia and a member of the European Platform for Rehabilitation. Has published more than 30 scientific articles in the field of management, process management and marketing in health care.

Ph.D. David Djukic (University Institute for Rehabilitation - SOCA, Slovenia)
David Djukic, Ph.D. is marketing advisor to general manager in University Institute for Rehabilitation, Republic of Slovenia – SOCA. David Djukic is expert in field on marketing and personal selling. He started his career as general manager and marketing & sales consultant. In 2011 he joined URI ''SOCA'' where he is responsible for marketing communication and coordination of foreign patients.
David Djukic is habilitated lecturer in field of personal selling management at Faculty of economics, University of Ljubljana. He is co-author of two books and several articles in Slovenian newspapers and magazines.

Prof. Dr Aleksandra Novakov Mikic (Policlinic Novakov, Serbia)
Dr Aleksandra Novakov Mikic is fulltime professor at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Novi Sad and sub-perinatology. She graduated from the Faculty of Medicine in Novi Sad, where she defended her Master's thesis as well as a Ph.D. in Perinatology. She has been a specialist in gynecology and obstetrics since 1996. At the Clinic of Gynecology and Obstetrics center of Vojvodina, worked from 1992 to 2013, and during the period from 2007 to 2011 she was director of the Clinic as well. From 2008 to 2011 she was a member of the City Council of the City of Novi Sad in charge of health. Within the interest in the scientific field of ultrasound diagnosis, since 1995 until now, she has attended many international courses and gained numerous diplomas and awards from the application of ultrasound in gynecology and obstetrics. She was educated in Spain, USA, Hungary and sub-specialization in fetal medicine she attended the Royal College in London.
She is a member of numerous national and international associations in the field of medicine and participating in national expert committees in the field of medicine and higher education as an expert committee of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina. She is the author of 4 manuals and 5 monographs of national importance and more than two hundred scientific works. She is a one of the most cited authors in the field of medical science in this area. She organizes several courses in the field of fetal echocardiography and neurosonography. She carries three provincial projects in the field of medicine and researches in several republican and international projects and clinical studies. Today she works in the Clinic "Novak", registered for services in the field of gynecology and obstetrics, internal medicine, dermatology and aesthetic medicine.

Specialist Dr Bozana Stepanov (Genesis IVF, Serbia)
Dr Bozana Stepanov is a specialist of gynecology and obstetrics. She graduated in 1993 from the Medical Faculty of the University of Novi Sad. From 1995 she began to specialize in obstetrics and gynecology at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in Novi Sad. After completing specialization, she was living and working in Italy until 2003. Upon her return to Serbia, she established gynecological clinic in Indjija and worked in several institutions as a specialist in gynecology and obstetrics for over 10 years.
Since 2008, she has repeatedly resided and trained in a private Israeli hospital Centrum asistovanej reprodukcie Iscar in Bratislava (Slovakia) where she gained her first knowledge and started training in the treatment of infertility and fertility.
Today she works as a Chief of the special-consultative services in the Special gynecological hospital Genesis in Novi Sad (Serbia).

Dr Dijana Katica (HF Eko Ethno Group, Croatia)
Dr Dijana Katica is a president of the administration HF Ethno Eco Group Ltd., external member of the Tourism Committee of the Croatian Parliament and the president of the club members "Village". She graduated from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Zagreb and gained the title of doctor of veterinary medicine, and later the Master of Science. In her life she has been devoted  to the regional and rural development, and particularly rural tourism and its special forms, as well as international cooperation. Health tourism is one of the special forms of rural tourism if the services, provided in rural areas in Croatia, occupy about 92% of the entire surface. Since the majority of Croatian spa is located just in the rural areas there is a clear link between these two special forms of tourism. She is the author of many works and leader of various development projects. Through the rich social engagement in their work, she connects various scientific and professional institutions, ministries, regional and local governments, associations, agencies and similar. She is an organizer of major international events such as the International Congress on Rural Tourism, Eco-Ethno fair, conferences, round tables and seminars. She is actively involved in the education of entrepreneurs, tourist boards, OPG and other entrepreneurs in rural tourism. She is a member of various associations and teams, has a good knowledge of the system in the European Union and the various sources of funding. She has received various awards and recognitions including her favorite international awards: The Person of the year of rural tourism and Acknowledgment of the European Association of Tourism Journalists for special merits in the development of rural tourism.

Prof. Dr Asen Dzolev (NS Center Prof. Dzolev, Serbia)
Prof. Dr Asen Dzolev is a fulltime professor of maxillofacial surgeon elected at the Faculty of Medicine in Novi Sad and Head of the Department of Maxillofacial Surgery, Faculty of Dental Medicine in Pancevo. He is the founder and owner of a private practice "Prof. NS Center Dzolev " from1992 in Novi Sad. Significant achievements and outstanding results he achieved in the field of aesthetic and functional reconstruction of defects on the face and neck, as well as orthognathic surgery in solving complex malocclusions and deformities of the bones of the face and jaw, which is now his main interest of maxillofacial surgery. In private practice, in addition to maxillofacial surgery, he practises oral surgery and implantology. He complited his specialization and professional development courses in France, Germany and England. He is a member of the Association of Maxillofacial Surgeons Serbia whose president was in two terms. Also, he is a member of the Serbian section of the implant, the European Association for Cranio-Maxillofacial Surgery, the World Association of Maxillofacial Surgeons, the French Society of Dentistry and Maxillofacial Surgery, the Royal Association of Surgeons of England and the International Academy for humanitarian and cosmetic science.

Chief physician Dr Aleksandar Jokic (Special Hospital for Rehabilitation Banja Koviljaca, Serbia)
Prof. Dr Aleksandar Jokic is a specialist of physical medicine and rehabilitation and sub-balneoclimatology. He completed Faculty of Medicine in 1997 and from 1999 he has been working in the Special Rehabilitation Hospital Banja Koviljaca. He finished his spiecialization in physical medicine and rehabilitation and sub-specialization of balneoclimatology. Title of Chief Physician he gained in 2010. He has participated in numerous professional and scientific conferences in the country and abroad. He is author and co-author of a large number of scientific works published in the country and abroad. He is a member of the Association of physiatrists Serbia, Serbian Medical Society, Section of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, the European Committee for Medical Hydrology and the International Society of Medical Hydrology and Climatology (ISMH), in which he is also a member of the Scientific Committee and the Editorial Board of the journal "Balneology". In addition, he carries the title of Cerified Clinical Densitometrist (CCD). Since 2011 he is the assistant director of medical affairs of the Special Hospital for Rehabilitation Banja Koviljaca (Serbia).

Dr Milos Curuvija (Futurizam, Serbia)
Dr Milos Curuvija was actively engaged in tourism and in terms of its development and improvement even while he was studyng at the Faculty, and also was interested in a being a tour guide and a representative of the various destinations. He defended his PhD defended in 2008 at the Faculty of Sport and Tourism, when he was elected as an assistant professor and where he worked until February 2010, and then founded the consulting firm Futurism Ltd. with headquarters in Novi Sad. He intensively deals with problems of tourism, especially sustainable development, tourism regionalization tourist destination management, organizational and human aspects of tourism. He is the author of a monograph and several scientific works exhibited in the country and abroad. Certified as a "professional in the tourism industry" by the relevant Ministry of the Republic of Serbia, as well as a provider of consulting services for small and medium-sized enterprises. In addition, in the context of writing strategic documents and conduct responsible projects, he is a person who is very familiar with modern trends in tourism and is a real connoisseur of the state of tourism in the region with an experience of over 20 years, as evidenced by successes in personal and business plan. He is married and succesful father of three children.

Chief Physician Dr Nikola Radakovic (Iskra Medical, Ljubljana, Slovenia)
Chief Physician Dr Nikola Radakovic is a specialist in a physical medicine and medical rehabilitation. He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Novi Sad in 1990 and then continued his studies in the School of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) within the ECPD (European Center for Peace and Development), which he finished in 1992. Later on, he founded a private medical practice in a general medicine and acupuncture. He becomes a part-time associate of the Institute of Oncology in Sremska Kamenica (Serbia) in 1996 on a business establishment of the Institute for Rehabilitation of cancer patients and in 1997 he took over the management of the Institute. Shortlist scope of Nikola's work makes the rehabilitation of cancer patients, especially lymphatic drainage in women after mastectomy and early rehabilitation, as well as degenerative diseases of the spine. He established a private specialist clinic "CIM" in 2001 in which he is still a director and also since 2002 he has worked in the company "Iskra Medical" (Ljubljana, Slovenia) as an expert in the field of development, research and education, and as a specialist participates in the projects "Iskra Medical" for clinics, institutes and infirmaries across Europe.
Prof. Dr Milica Lazovic (Institute for Rehabilitation in Belgrade, Serbia)
Prof. Dr Milica Lazovic is a professor of medicine at the University of Belgrade (Serbia) and Professor of Medicine at the University of Nis (Serbia). She graduated from the Faculty of Medicine in Nis, where she also finished her master's degree in the field of cardiology. She received her PhD in 1993 with a dissertation entitled "A study of the importance of rehabilitation in the prognosis of patients with myocardial infarction." She is a member of numerous international and Serbian associations, and she manages many of them, including: President of the Association of physiatrists Serbia, Chairman of the Board of the Association of rehabilitation centers Serbia, National Manager and a member of the Board of the Presidency of the EU for PRM (Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine), Member of the World Association for Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine (ISPRM). She is a certified coach of the Board of the European Union for Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine. She has participated in numerous projects and clinical research, and published many scientific works. As a teacher of ECPD she held so far about 50 independent schools in laser therapy, magnetic therapy and electro stimulations on the territory of this part of Europe. In ​Bosnia and Herzegovina she held approximately 10 schools from the rehabilitation program of the World Health Organization (WHO). She is a member of the Editorial Board and reviewer in the one international, two leading Serbian and three national magazines. She is a reviewer of several university textbooks for students of medicine, dentistry and physiotherapy high school. She has won numerous national and international awards. Since 2009, she has served as director of the Institute for Rehabilitation in Belgrade (Serbia).

Dubravka Davidovic (Independent Consultant in Tourism, Croatia)
Dubravka Davidovic is an independent consultant in tourism with over 30 years of working experience, specialized in health tourism, MICE, and investment projects in tourism. She spent the majority of her career in Generalturist, the largest tourist agency in Croatia and one of the largest in Yugoslavia at the time, working on all functions from counter to Board member. She continued her career in Malaysia Airlines, where as a regional sales manager established the regional office of Malaysia Airlines and set up the direct regular flights from Zagreb to Kuala Lumpur. After successfully accomplishing these challenges she took a new one – online agency. With development of online business she continued her career in, the first Croatian online travel agency. Last 5 years she is involved in processes of building Croatian health tourism strategy, participating on congresses and workshops as a teacher and lobbyist. During her career she won many prestigious awards and is member of several international business associations.

Prof. Dr Slobodanka Latinovic (Special Eye Hospital VIDAR-ORASIS Swiss, Serbia)
Prof. Dr Slobodanka Latinovic, Doctor of Medical Sciences, is a prominent ophthalmologist and eye surgeon with international professional reputation with over 35,000 surgeries and laser intervention on the eye. High knowledge of ophthalmic profession she was receiving in Novi Sad, but also in the leading ophthalmic centers in Europe and America. In ophthalmic practice, she introduced a prestigious scientific and technical achievements and improved medical knowledge through numerous research activities and works. As a perennial administrator of the Department of Ophthalmology at Clinical Center of Vojvodina, she introduced a modern surgery of glaucoma, cataracts, retinal laser surgery and vitreo realistic surgery of stricken retina, eye injuries, and she conducted professionally justifiable health projects. She has published numerous scientific publications and educated a highly respected ophthalmic offspring. Since 2001 she has given her contribution to the development of young ophthalmic professionals as a regional coordinator of the taking of prestigious International Ophthalmology Exam (ICO Exam). She has won awards for development and research work in the field of ophthalmology. She is a member of the leading scientific and professional associations both at home and abroad: ESCRS (European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons - 1989); AAO (American Academy of Ophthalmology 1997), EVRS (European Vitreo Retinal Society 2000), Board member of Mediterranean Society (1990), SEEOS (South East European Society of Ophthalmology 2004), and so on. She is a member of the DLV-SLD (Society of Physicians of Vojvodina in Serbian Medical Society) and honorary member of the Association of the Glaucoma Experts in Serbia. Her years of clinical ophthalmic and ten-year work experience in private practice, Prof. Dr. Slobodanka Latinović unites with experts of international repute, the business precision and advanced Swiss-German technology into the Eye Hospital VIDAR-ORASIS Swiss.

Dr Lidija Obradovic Bursac (Special Hospital for rehabilitation Gornja Trepca, Serbia)
Dr Lidija Obradovic Bursac is a specialist of internal medicine and subspecialists, rheumatologist. She graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Belgrade, where she completed her residency in internal medicine and sub-specialization in rheumatology. As a young doctor she opened private doctor's office in Belgrade and after five years of work, in 1995 she got a engagement in the Natural health resort "Gornja Trepca", today Special Hospital for Rehabilitation "Gornja Trepca". From 2001 she was appointed as a Chief of health services and also she was a President of the Managing Board of the institution. After privatization in 2008, she had been an Executive Director of Health since 2010 and Director of Special Hospital. Today, she holds the position of Operations Manager for Health Development. She completed training for the echosonography and has a licence of the Ministry of Health of Serbia for giving ACS-Orthokine therapy. She is the author of one monography and several scientific works exhibited in the country and abroad. She is a member of the Serbian Rheumatology Association and Section of Serbian Medical Society of Internal Medicine. She actively participated and organized the promotion of Atomic Spa as a health and tourist destinations in a numerous conferences in the country and abroad. 

MSc. sci. med. dr Evgenije Segedi (Special surgical hospital Parks - Dr Dragi, Serbia)  
MSc. med. Dr. Evgenije Segedi, surgeon, one of the founders of the special surgical hospital Parks - Dr Dragi, and its director. Dr Segedi finished Faculty of Medicine in Novi Sad in 1980. Since 1983 he has been employed at the Clinical Center of Vojvodina, Institute for Surgery - Clinic for Abdominal and Endocrine Surgery, as an assistant trainee in scientific work in the field of general surgery.
During 1986, within the framework of specialization, he spent six months in West Berlin, the University Clinic Steglitz. In 1988, Evgenije defended his Master's thesis, titled Clinical and prognostic aspects of perforation of gastro duodenal ulcers, at the Medical Faculty in Novi Sad. From 1989 to 2005. he worked as an assistant professor of Surgery to war surgery. In 1991. he became senior attending surgeon. In 1993. he attended the advanced training of laparoscopic surgery at the University Clinic in Goettingen.
One of the founders of the first private hospital in Novi Sad - Special surgical hospital Parks, which was founded in 1993. From 2000 to 2003. he worked at the Clinical Center of Vojvodina, as a consultant for the medical and economic relations. Since 2005, Dr Segedi is director of the Special Surgical Hospital PARKS - Dr Dragi.
